Responsibilities

• Support business processes and cross-functional IS services
• Identify improvement opportunities and report inefficiencies
• Analyze requirements and manage actions within scope
• Build, modify, and test new developments
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues

Qualifications

• National Diploma / University degree (Information Technology preferred) You are skilled in Microsoft Power Platform
• Ability to demonstrate your experience with Microsoft Power Platform products
• (Working as Automation Specialist with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI)
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and related products
• You are passionate about creating, troubleshooting, and enhancing business processes from manual processes to digital processes
• Have a demonstrated track record in Microsoft Power Platform in SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
• You are at ease communicating in English
